Our investigation Process
When we receive a case our first mission is to get in touch with you,
Step 1. (The interview process)
- Set up time and date and address of the location over the phone.
- I'll call the lead Researchers (first two available will accompany me for interview.
- Upon arrival we'll set up some EVP's recorders (if anything happens while we are there, we have it recorded.
- You'll then tell us what has been happening, and you'll be asked some questions.
- We will walk around and make notes as needed (I'll figure out how many researchers are needed and where to put them.
- We will then go over our notes with you to see if what we are sensing or seeing is accurate, and set up a time and date for the investigation.
Step 2. (The investigation process)
- The team arrives as scheduled at the location.
- Put computer(s), cams, evps in place.
- Place members in designated areas.
- Lights out (Investigations begins).
- After first half hour we will exchange places and begin again.
- After second switch we will get into a larger group and start an EVP session (one session per floor).
- When time has expired we will turn lights on and collect our devices.
- Before leaving we'll set up a date and time within the following week to go over evidence with you.
- If we feel we didn't get enough evidence we may schedule another investigation.
Step 3. (Evidence Review)
- I myself and original two members (from the interview) will arrive as scheduled.
- We'll tell you about personal experiences that occured.
- We'll begin going over significant evidence that couldn't be explained.
- After evidence has been shown we will make you a copy of everything for your own personal reference.
Any evidence given to you is strictly yours to keep, free of charge. Our team has the original copies on file for future reviews and will possibly use some for training purposes only.
